LegaTrack Food uses no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. That is why you don't see a cookie banner here: consent is only required for non-essential cookies, and we only use what is strictly necessary to let you log in securely.
The one cookie we use: your login session
When you log in, LegaTrack Food places a single session cookie. It only tells our server that you are the person who logged in, so you stay signed in while you work. The cookie cannot be read by scripts (httpOnly), contains no personal data and expires automatically. Because it is strictly necessary for the service you request, no consent is required for it under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.
What is stored on your device (localStorage)
Your browser stores a few display preferences locally: your language (Dutch or English), your theme (light or dark) and, within the app, small view preferences such as your chosen table layout. These preferences contain no personal data and are not cookies — you can remove them at any time via your browser settings. One exception: if you are logged in, your language choice is also saved in your account, so you see the same language on another device. The other preferences never leave your device.
No tracking, no analytics cookies
We use no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies. Visits to our pages are counted anonymously on our own server, without tracking cookies: your IP address is never stored and the daily count cannot be traced back to you. If you are logged in, your session is only used to count the visit as 'customer' instead of 'anonymous visitor' — we do not build browsing profiles.
Contact form
If you send a message via the contact form, we use your details only to reply to your enquiry. No newsletters, no spam, and your details are never shared with third parties.
If anything ever changes
Should LegaTrack Food ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics), we will update this statement first and ask for your consent with a cookie banner before any such cookie is placed.
